I adored the room. It was beautiful! the hotel staff thought of everything, i swear. i also loved how perfect the location was. I could easily reach everything i wanted to see.
The shower was not amazing. The pressure was not what i expected and it was just a hand shower. i also found that the complimentary water bottles were only available on the first day. it's a shame.

I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. the coffee machine in the room was faulty. It kept dispensing weak coffee, no matter what i tried. also, the gym was smaller than it looked in the photos and had limited equipment. there was only one treadmill available and no free weights, disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard.

the breakfast was good (especially the fresh pastries!). the staff were so attentive and helpful. the location is prime. i found the mattress provided excellent support. i was very charmed.
i noticed the complimentary water bottles were only provided on the first day, a minor detail.

I certainly enjoyed my time here. The location is really good. i received homemade lemonade freely in the lobby after my day out. housekeeping also offered a turn down service and left chocolates with the weather forecast.

i found the location to the city center good. the room we had was spacious and comfortable. the bathroom was a good size and clean so i was happy about that.
The shower wasn't so great. It was just a hand shower and it didn't have much pressure. we ordered room service and the quantity of chips wasn't much, but they costed a lot.
